A secure way to save a credit card with our payment processor so SilverServers can automatically settle your monthly invoices — and you can skip the late-payment surcharges.
Why we built this
Our preferred ways for clients to pay an invoice remain bank transfer, Interac e-Transfer, cheque, and PayPal — they're the easiest on everyone's fees. This portal exists for clients who want automatic billing, or who have struggled to pay invoices on time and would rather have SilverServers process a saved card on the day an invoice comes due. The goal is simple: help you avoid overdue-invoice charges while keeping your card information out of our hands.
Your Payment Options
Security you can verify
- Card numbers go straight from your browser to Stripe, a Level 1 PCI DSS Service Provider. SilverServers never sees or stores your full card number.
- We only keep the card brand and the last four digits so our staff can identify the card you've saved.
- Sign-in uses a one-time email link — no passwords for clients to remember or leak.
- Quebec clients are never charged a surcharge, in compliance with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act. Automated card billing is not offered to QC clients on this portal.
