Request a Sign-in Link
To keep your account secure we ask for two pieces of information: the email address on your SilverServers account, plus one additional detail that appears on your invoices so we can confirm it's really you.
What happens next
- If both fields match an active client, the sign-in link is emailed immediately from
payments@silverservers.com. - If only your email matches (or the system isn't sure), your request goes to our billing team for review — we'll respond within one business day.
- The sign-in link is good for one use within 7 days; it expires after that.
