To keep your account secure we ask for two pieces of information: the email address on your SilverServers account, plus one additional detail that appears on your invoices so we can confirm it's really you.

The address we have on file for billing. If your company has multiple contacts with us, use the one that receives our invoices.
Enter one of the following — whichever is easiest. We'll check it against your billing record:
  • Phone number on file (any format — 250-555-1234, (250) 555-1234, 2505551234)
  • Postal code or ZIP from your billing address
  • Street address — first line is enough
  • Company name as it appears on our invoices to you
